We help estate Attorneys facilitate the signing and delivery process.  We are an extension of our attorney partners and handle the tasks before, during, and post-signing ceremony.
Some of what that entails: 

 

  • Appointment Scheduling for your Client after we receive the assignment

  • Witness Coordination when requested

  • Confirmation prior to appointment

  • Travel to the location of all signers, for signing and notarizations (Law office, home, hospital, business, etc)

  • Facilitate Signing and Triple check all the applicable pages of the packet

  • Hand Delivery of the signed package to the attorney office

  • We keep open communication with the attorney at each step so the process  

  • If needed, we provide printing of the package on legal lb paper, hole-punch the documents, or even hand deliver the signed package to the Attorneys offices or any copies to your client. Shipping also available.

  • Anything else you need assistance with, we'll execute.
